My daughter Amanda had such passion to open
a gluten free bakery there was only one thing to do,
she needed to start with the best ingredients and blends of flour
that worked for me.
Amanda has moved onto different product that her patrons are in need of.

From there both businesses have flourished with ideas of their own.
